LEED: Around the world in 60 minutes
Best of Greenbuild Webcast Series
1 hour of LEED Specific BD+C, ID+C
Over the past five years, international LEED project registrations have tripled, making up nearly 35% of the market in 2013. This rapid international growth has brought green building to new markets and continued market transformation in existing markets. With growth comes opportunity, and the LEED International Roundtable has been leading the challenge to improve LEED for use around the world and increase use internationally. This session will discuss how USGBC has engaged LEED users in different regions of the world to identify key challenges and develop solutions at the local level. Through Pecha Kucha style presentations, 6 LEED professionals from around the world will illustrate how LEED is growing and how it has influenced change in their markets.
