FREE Energy Efficiency Workshop -- Energy Auditing and Benchmarking

This is the second of three workshops that will address the importance of energy auditing and benchmarking.  


4pm -- Welcome & Announcements
4:15-5:00 -- Energy Auditing and Benchmarking (Mark Gelfo, Principal and Director of Sustainability and Marketing, TLC Engineering for Architecture)
5:00-5:15 -- MOSH case study (Mike Hornsby, MOSH's Building, Program and Exhibit General Contractor)
5:15 - 5:45 -- Duval County Public Schools success story: How they cost avoided over $50 million dollars (Susan Carew, Director of Facility Engineering & Energy)
5:45-6pm -- Q&A, Discussion, and Wrap-Up

At the end of this session, the participants will be able to:
  • Understand the requirements of and be able to initiate an ASHRAE Level 1, Level 2, and/or Level 3 Energy Audit
  • Analyze a buildings relative energy performance through benchmarking
  • Use the EnergyStar Target Finder tool
  • Use the EnergyStar Portfolio Manager
