O+M 203: Establishing a Culture of Performance: Part I: Establishment
In this first session, we'll explore the establishment requirements of the LEED for Existing Buildings: O+M rating system. Our subject matter experts will discuss how to assess your project's physical assets and create policies and plans that will set a project up for success. By first understanding foundational and static establishment requirements, teams can ensure their approach is most effective before entering the performance period. This session is aimed at both new construction and existing buildings project teams.
Recognize how to apply LEED to the life of an existing building project
Identify the best order of operations and schedule to implement LEED for Existing Buildings
Define foundational and static establishment requirements
Identify importance of team members and stakeholder and their roles
Recognize the connection between LEED credits for new construction to existing buildings
Create complete policies and plans for LEED submittals
Prepare for Recertification
